How has the best cycling website & App got to a position where it’s inaccessible.

From bad to worse, I’m done. Firstly, click bait prices that are not real or in stock (or never have been) Finally, removal of the ‘% off’ to hide that stuff and help shift the other dead stock you have. We done the app and portal are now pretty much useless and impossible to navigate. Plenty of other sites out there now a days that do it better.

Tried to buy something. Failed at the log in. Emptied basket on cancel after 5 min wait. Closed app, restarted, tried to create account. “Something went wrong”. Not helpful.

What a joke the new CRC and Wiggle apps and web pages are now. Useless minimal filters and almost zero sort info options. Been using both sites for over a decade and I spent a lot. A real lot. Now I avoid as simply useless and a miserable experience.

The app has always been the best app to use but since the new update I think I’ll be moving on to somewhere else it’s lost all of my past orders making me sign into an older account for some reason and the links to go to google just don’t seem to work loved the app as it was for years but now it’s gone down hill I’ll be finding else where to shop my bike parts

App used to be great, but the most recent update has made it a below par website at best. Half the filtering options missing, no wish list in my account amongst other issues. It’s massively off putting to use.

Rubbish app. Better to use the website.

The app used to be so good in being able to filter everything you needed. The new update has made this hard & actually puts me off shopping here now. You can’t even filter in/out stock items so everything you click on is a lottery to see what is actually available to order. I use Treadz now

Entering address and payment details by hand went out with the arc guys. Apple Pay? No? It got confused with gundi g the address from the postcode somehow Otherwise good 👍

Your search function is not particularly good, especially at refining things for example, you can put your parameters into the search and then select items on the list. It gives you after it’s refined everything and they do not meet the parameters.
