In Canada there is only the autoreload option for your wallet and they charge any amount the automatic system seems reasonable based on last few charges. They refuse refunds and are unable to deactivate autoreload, sometimes charging you $60+ in one instance. Outright scam, not sure how this is legal. Use other networks if you can.

App is really great! 
That would be interesting if we can add 2 HomeFlex to 1 account instead of having 2 differents as well as every recharge in a Live Activite notification on Lock screen and Apple Watch.

The first time I used Chargepoint, I was the only one charging in a group of four chargers and it was very easy. The second time I used it, two of the four were occupied. It took a few tries to connect. When I held my iPhone to the charger, my Ticketmaster ticket wallet opened. This happened twice.  Also, my car does not show up on the list. 2024 Tesla Long range, all wheel drive. 
It worked.

The app has worked but really is missing the mark compared to its competitors. I’d have purchased Flo or another home charger had I realized. Please please update the UX and make the app simpler, more intuitive and with more features

Also push notifications don’t work for this app. It should be able to send reminders to plug in and updates when charged but only sms and email notifications work. Push is broken.

Great app except for the following issues:
1. Notify me when station becomes available - never does. However, the app does notify me when my EV stops charging and not drawing any power but cable still connected. 
2. Doesn’t show the details while public station is “in use”. When it works, it shows that he make of the car and the elapsed time it is connected. Useful in estimating when station will become available since notifying me doesn’t work.

Like others who did not authorize payments of $5, $20… I understand completely. I charged for about a half hour yesterday, was charged a little more than $5 (that’s fine), but it was taken without my authorization from $60 that they helped themselves to, by depositing it in to my Charge Point account from my PayPal account. This is not ok. I’m LIVID. Money is tight and now it’s just going to sit there, unused when I have other important bills to pay. What the effing eff?!
