App is broken
It says I have a new gift but when I press the button the screen dims and I can’t see what the gift is.

Chatime needs more offers for their customers
Chatime is very slow
Cha time has me waiting for 40 minutes but I’m guessing the drink is good 2 stars out of 5
Can not open gift
I have referred my friends and got a gift on the home page but it won’t open, the app will just freeze and not responding. I will need to close and open the app again. How will I get my gift/reward?
SMS verification does not work
Developer please fix the above.
Loyalty work in store
Cashier scanned my app twice and tried inputting my id manually, but then told me my account expired I lost all my points What the hell
Hate that it won’t work.
I cannot get this to send me a verification message to my phone so it just won’t work.
App buggy and no Apple Wallet support
The app can be buggy and doesn’t load properly, sometimes I can’t load my card in the app so would be nice to at least have support for Apple / Google wallet.
Doesn’t load gift
App doesn’t load most days. And I haven’t been able to open my gift voucher for my birthday.
