I was so happy with that app until today. They haven’t answered me for 4 days about a refund. So disappointed…

App is lagging. They took my money and then cancelled the order... Customer service said that they don’t receive payment. But I’ve the evidence of payment from my bank. Cheaters....

Checkers Sixty60 is on a world scale 1st class. I live in Europe and this is my go to shopping supporting those back in SA. Nothing can ever be perfect, but Sixty60 hasn’t let me down. And the troubleshooting communication is nothing worth less than 5star!

Everything ordered was delivered in time. It’s a good alternative for people with no SA phone number since you don’t need it to verify your account. Which was a problem with the other grocery delivery service in capetown. Highly recommend

I live overseas and use this app from time to time to surprise my mom with groceries - it’s a very user-friendly app, and I love the feature of being able to track the live shopping and the driver. Such a blessing to be able to help my family from overseas. Definitely recommend!

I work from home , don’t have a car , this app makes life so much easier ! Often order groceries, impressed by how well the “buyers” package it, and use brown paper bags (recyclable). Drivers are usually very friendly. It’s smooth and easy. I choose substitutes for all my things , usually. Sometimes I get a surprise with an item where it wasn’t a first or second choice, but it’s basically the same product? I guess it’s a risk you run when a stranger does your grocery shopping, what they have in stock, etc. But overall happy with the app and the service.

I only received half the items I ordered... again... so annoying! I selected substitutes for all items and I don’t believe that all of a sudden it’s all out of stock! Really sad, but it’s just not worth it anymore. I rather go to the shops myself from no on.

Less than 80% delivery is pathetic. Producks available at your competition hasn’t been on your shelves for more than 2 months ?! Pepsi max 500ml

Best on-line shopping app in SA

The app keeps logging me out and does not recognise my details as registered. Neither can i access my checkers profile even though i’ve registered them multiple times on the app. There is no helpline that is able to assist you or a guideline.
