แอปใช้ดีนะคะ เพิ่งใช้ครั้งแรก หน้าต่างแอปเข้าใจง่าย ตอนแรกเราอยากได้เที่ยวรถ 9 โมงเช้า แต่ในแอปมีแค่10โมงขึ้นไป เลยจอง 10 โมงไปก่อน แล้วโทรไปถามเช็คว่าชื่อเข้าระบบรึยังผ่านเบอร์เคาน์เตอร์หมอชิต คุยไปๆมาๆ พี่เค้าเสนอย้ายเที่ยวรถจาก 10 โมงเป็น 9 โมงให้ด้วย ได้รถยกเพดานสูง นั่งสบาย รู้สึกปลอดโปร่ง ในแอปก็ตามดูGPSรถได้ปกตินะคะ แอปเสถียรดี ประทับใจค่ะ

ระบบก่อนหน้าก็โอเค แต่เคสนี้จองตั๋วแล้วเลื่อน จาก 17:10 น.มาเป็น 15:30 น. แล้วตั๋วมีปัญหา ให้พนักงานเช็คให้ได้คำตอบว่าไม่รู้ และก็คุณลูกค้าเลื่อนตั๋ว 
พอถามว่าเลื่อนไปเป็นเวลาไหนกลับไม่มีคำตอบให้ 
การแก้ปัญหาของพนักงานช้าแบบช้ามากๆ 
สรุปก็ไม่รู้สาเหตุ และมีตั๋วรถเดินทาง สักพักพนักงานขายตั๋วก็มาแจ้งว่าได้ตั๋วเวลาเดิมคือ 17:10 น.โอเคไม่มีปัญหาเข้าใจว่ารถน่าจะเต็ม แต่เรานั่งรอหน้าจุดขายตั๋วซึ่งเห็นตลอดว่ามีการขายตั๋วรอบก่อน 17:10 ตลอดคำถามคือ การแก้ปัญหาของคุณทำได้แค่นี้หรอ ถามลูกค้าต้องการเเินทางในเวลาเดิมเขาจะเลื่อนตั๋วเพื่ออะไร?

แอพใช้งานง่าย ตรวจสอบGPSได้จริงว่ารถถึงไหนแล้ว แต่ไม่สามารถจองตั๋วขึ้นรถได้จากจุดอื่นนอกจากหมอชิต พนักงานบอกว่าจองที่ไหนต้องขึ้นที่นั่น แต่แอพจองไม่ได้ ให้ไปจองในเว็บบริษัทแทน ถ้าแก้แอพให้ไม่errorเวลาจองขึ้นรถจากจุดอื่นจะดียิ่งขึ้นนะคะ
