Ang pangit ng service. Super late mag deliver. Nag antay kami for almost 2 hours. Wala man lang update kung nasaan na ung rider

Compared to other food delivery service ur service is more better and staff are very nice and particular with my request. But then 3rd party courier sometimes are not okay.

Ugly interface, menu hard to find, slow delivery ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ PLS REMOVE YOUR APP IN THE APP STORE

Sobrang worst ng servicr nila every time magpapadeliver ako laging kulang un order nila

Wag na kayo magsayang ng oras, 4 hours bago ma deliver! Kahit i cancel mo at tumawag ka sa cs i deliver parin nila after 3 to 4 hours, nag order kami ng lunch ng 11, mag 4pm na diniliver nakakaloka!

I used the app downloaded on my phone, tried to place the order before 8am but I sent 3 messages already and no one is reaching out to me. The order was supposed to be delivered at 830am until 8:45 am but it was now 8:59 am and no one was replying to me where is my order or if my 3rd message requesting it to be cancelled was granted. Just return my money so I can delete the app. Until now status of the order after an hour is received. No text message and no email.
