Christian Hypnobirthing

Thank you so much I would not have got through my contractions without this birthing app. This was my second time giving birth, it was beautiful. I was really anxious this time round because my first birth was quite a tricky one. I had a really long labour my baby was posterior & stuck in my pelvis, long story short i ended up having an epidural going to theatre & having a ventouse delivery. I didn’t want to have any more children after that but as time went on i didn’t want my son to grow up without a sibling. I knew a few weeks before this before this birth i needed to do something about my mindset if i was gonna make it through this. 2 days before i gave birth I remembered my friend telling me about this app so i decided to download it. I was a little bit skeptical about the term “hypnobirthing” but it was completely the opposite to what i thought it was gonna be. It was hugely encouraging & exactly what i needed. From 2-6am i sat on a swiss ball at home listening to this playlist using my tens machine & just breathing through my contractions. My midwife showed up did her check & told me i was 8cm & we needed to get to hospital asap. We arrived at the hospital, filled the bath, hopped in, waters broke instantly & within about 15 minutes she was out. I had no pain relief, gas, tearing, stitches. It was the complete opposite to my first birthing experience & I couldn’t be more grateful.

I’m so thankful for this app, it gave the birth I desired and hoped for. I would listen to it falling asleep while I was pregnant than used it during my labour to give myself a drug free water birth at hospital. So awesome to find something Christian based to focus on our creator who gives all strength. Thank you. High recommend to everyone!!!

Oh I love this app! I have had a lot of fear about birth and the tracks have helped me so much. I feel a lot of peace about it and I am actually really looking forward of listening the tracks during labor. The only downside I have at the moment (34weeks pregnant) is that I tend to fall asleep in the first 5 min of listening to it, which makes it hard to practice ahah I recommend it to everyone interested in preparing for childbirth, and if you are on the edge don’t be. Download it and you won’t regret it!

Christian Hypnobirthing was a beautiful addition to my reproductive years. It’s rich and Biblically sound resources have helped to get me through both live birth and pregnancy loss. This app was phenomenal. The tracks contain different breathing exercises, guided meditation, prayers, scripture, calming music, a breastfeeding track, and a postpartum track. I listed to the tracks my entire pregnancy. I actually forgot to play them during labor but the techniques were so ingrained in my mind that I was able to utilize them the entire time. Now 4 weeks Postpartum, I use the breastfeeding and postpartum tracks almost everyday. I cannot imagine going through pregnancy, birth and beyond without it♥️

I’m not the biggest mediation person and was a little skeptical, but 1 minute in and I was already tearing up. This app is amazing, gives so much peace and comfort, as well as nervous system regulation. I am very thankful for this ministry!
