Totally unreliable.
Rather than fix stability issues they focus on cosmetic aspects. Unbelievably bad.
Feedback on CIB App Improvements
The new CIB app is a great improvement over the old one, but there are a few issues that need attention. For example, if someone has two accounts (EGP and USD), the app combines them and automatically converts USD to EGP, which isn’t ideal these accounts should remain separate. Additionally, the OTP activation reminder pops up every time I open the app. If I want to activate it, I will, but it’s unnecessary to see the reminder repeatedly. It would be better if the app addressed these points for a smoother user experience
nice UI with terrible functionality
The home screen is freezing I can’t do any a action on it this app is not applied for QC before

مشكلة في الطلبات
التطبيق عند تحويل لغة العرض الى العربية يصبح هناك مشكلة في دعم اللغة العربية خلال ارسال الطلبات حيث انني وجدت انه عند ملئ طلب في التطبيق و هو في عرض اللغة العربية الطلب لا يتم ارساله بشكل صحيح و لكن عندما يكون التطبيق باللغة الانجليزية يتم ارساله بالشكل المطلوب ايضا هناك مشكلة عند القيام بربط شهادة و طلب الخصم من حساب التوفير وهو ارسال الارباح الى الحساب الجاري لا تستطيع فالتطبيق يسمح بوضع الارباح في نفس حساب الخصم فقط
Black screen after i sign in
Once i sign in i get a black screen
Not working in dev mode
Do you seriously think that disabling the app while dev mode is on, is going to improve your app security? I’m a developer and I’m forced to choose between using this app or doing my full time job. For one of the premier banks in Egypt this is a joke, and your tech team should resign if that’s their strategy for security. I will use the old app for now.
Dark mode
Plz try to add dark mode option as soon as possible, it’ll be much appreciated.
