Awesome.

Awesome app. Can book in a very simple way, saves my tickets so all I need to do is select at the cinema to be scanned. Love the app love Cineworld.

Room for improvement

Been using this app for years and I have an unlimited card too but the last few months there must of been a glitch in the system as it wouldn't let me book anything -" there's a connection fault, please try again later". So I did still the same, uninstall and reinstall the app - still the same. Tried it yesterday and Eureka it's back working.

Daylight robbery!!

Trading standards forced Cineworld to charge the same ticket price on app & in cinemas and now they’re charging an additional 95p for using an app / ticket machine that requires no staff in cinema staffing!! - I guess Cineworld is on the verge of bankruptcy again and probably looking at every cinema closing down!!

App is broken.

The shows me as logged in, but my unlimited card does not show. Then when I log out and try to log back in I keep getting “something went wrong” (login works on website)

Cineworld Card

With the constant request for your cineworld card to be shown when going to see a film. Could you please just put it to be accessible on the app and save a world of drama when you forget to bring your card. Thank you

Easy to book tickets

The app isn’t perfect, but then what is these days. I love how easy it is to see what’s on… to see what I’ve booked. Only wish I could download an ICS to add to my calendar. Less likely to forget or overbook then!!

Worst app that somehow gets worse

Just as the company & its cinemas & benifits & uses for its cineworld unlimited card holders, this app gets worse each year. Unable to add unlimited card on app (an unlimited card that I can now use at less cinemas than ever) & even googling for advice is a dead end of instructions for tabs that don’t exist. Honestly, just go Odeon, that’s where I’m going after I cancel my card

Unable to create account

Very poor App. When creating account, asked to choose a password of minimum 8 characters with at least 3 upper case, lower case and special characters. Did that. Didn’t meet complexity requirements. Tried various passwords from 8-66 characters. Nothing was accepted. Possibly a wider issue than just app related.

Most frustrating app in existence

I’ve been using this app for about 6 years and it is without fail the worse app I’ve ever used. Who ever created/works on this I strongly recommend you seek a new career

Great!!

I don’t know why people hate it maybe because that was 7 yrs ago or something but now the app seems perfect as a cinema app
