CIT Business Banking

Signed onto my OWB online banking from my laptop and saw something about mobile banking. Turns out that it's only for "business" but the touch screen is still unresponsive to touch. Whatever. ✌️💩 app.

I was so excited when i saw that this app was created. Recently i created a chase account because they are just so much more convenient, but i kept my one west account open for backup. I saw that this app was created and immediately went to download it. As soon as i realized it was for business accounts only i was so annoyed and disappointed. Please get this to work for personal banking!!

You need to type in One West Mobile. And this is the correct app for individuals. The newer app is for Business. Hope this helps

Only works for business accounts I got all exited when I saw this app, bummer I can't use it.

Can't even login. Login page is unresponsive to touch. When will banks ever get anything right?

This app does work. Of course it will not work unless you have a business account. If you are looking for mobile banking with accounts such as checking, saving, money market ect. You need to download the app that says individual banking not the buissness.

I got very excited when I saw that they offered an iPhone app but was very disappointed after finding out its for businesses only.

I was happy to see that OWB is finally caught up with the rest of the world with technology, but I loaded the app and it's only for businesses. I can't login for personal use.

This bank is years behind everyone else. This app is for business use only and not for individual customers! There is no way to log in unless you have a company ID. Thanks for nothing!

I just downloaded this app and once the app loads it's unresponsive to my touch screen, there is no way I can log into my account.
