Support system is next to non existent

There are only Artificial Intelligence generated responses and talking to a live chat with a real human is such a hard thing to do. My issue still remains with supercell games

Unable to take Siege machines into battle

I am having a problem where I am unable to bring siege machines into battles if I have any troops in my clan castle. I can being them to battles if there are no troops in the clan castle.

Notification

In iPhone devices we cannot see any notification button so which will be turned on and the app will play sound after any upgrade or army ready etc. We just receive a popup notification without any sound so I have to set alarms for my building upgrades. There must be an option for sound to play when you receive any notification from the game or if any upgrade is completed. Thanks
