For the price and the fact that the vast majority of the games are actually winnable unlike other apps, I was extremely happy. Playing was much more satisfying. Paying for the shipping was no issue, and I was okay with waiting for slow shipments overseas. I had to send emails to prompt the prizes to be processed, but they were immediately addressed. Then, my first package of items was lost. Although I made many separate requests, they were sent as a single package of 28 prizes. This was not problematic - until my package was lost in transit. I called my postal services and was informed that the sender has to make a claim to recover anything. Despite sending multiple emails to request help and providing alternate emails to reach out to me, my request for assistance went unanswered in any way shape or form. I am now out literally hundreds of dollars because of this, and I am too nervous to continue playing. Other packages that were sent after the first have arrived, and I was pleased to receive those items. They have staff to pay to run these places, maintenance to keep the machines in working order, cost of prizes too.. even power to these places. Nothing is free. I sent multiple “inquiries” about machines malfunctioning, but never got a reply. This app is NOT worth the money. My only issue is that the cranes look flimsy and made partially of soft plastic versus the cranes in the crane games I have seen in arcades where the crane is made totally of metal. They purposely split up the increments so that you have to buy a bundle for $11 and one for $6, it's a total rip off and stole my $17 from me, and I refuse to have to pay them $17 at least on top of that to pay for shipping. I found this app by downloading a bunch of crane game apps and testing each of the free plays out and honestly, this app is the best when it comes to crane games that provide an authentic experience and have variety with the different types of games. I even won a few things that I’m looking forward to getting soon, or whenever they will arrive, considering covid will affect shipping. However, there really is no way for me to know if my items will be shipped. I went to the checkout with the amount of game currency necessary for shipping for my two items and my information was put in, taking me to a screen that said “thank you”. When I revisit the page, the items are still there but do not have a tracking number for each of them. Most of the page is in Japanese and I don’t know if it went through or not, because I don’t want them to expire and to not get my items. Either way, it took my in-game currency and I can only hope for the best. I don’t want to be ripped off $20 for shipping on items that I won’t get. 😀 Otherwise, I really really like this app and I think it makes perfect sense for there to be a minimum purchase, though $15 is pretty high, especially with the odd conversation rates that are different with the other methods of payment. So, the first two items expired and with the last two, I was told shipping for two small plush was another $28! None of this is explained ahead of time anywhere on the site. I went and spent my ICP and won another figure. Once I went to have that delivered, it said that it cost 2000 ICP to have it delivered. So I’m going to have to pay yet again just for the prize. That’s an absolute scam in my opinion, since it doesn’t say anything about that until you win a price and want it delivered.. I’m sure people are gonna be like, “$15 for a figure?? Just do it”, but there’s also a shipping fee, and with Covid I’m sure you won’t receive your prize until half a year later.
