Tried the app to merge contacts and email addresses and all I got was oops something went wrong

Awesome App
I was struggling to delete my duplicate photos and delete my videos but this app helped me to do it in few seconds. And also I didn’t delete the video and lose it permanently but this app helped to compress it and gave me a larger storage to still use. I’m enjoying this app and hope you would too.

Lost all my contacts
This is rubbish in the free trial I wanted to merge my duplicate contacts, thought that would be a straightforward thing to do, it deleted all my contacts from c 4000 and left me with 35, a disaster
Disappointed
The site does not tell you how to use it. It seems I need to pick out items. I could do that my myself and not pay . Not a good app
What I have been searching for
I love this app - I feel I could use it for one week per year and make an experience of it, an hour a day of coming through things and it would be worth it.
Wouldn’t even merge one contact.
The app kept crashing everytime I tried to merge my contacts so I tried one at a time and it still crashed.

I ran it, and it has one of the worst interfaces, so you don’t really know what it’s doing. Then they charged me the full years price as soon as I click yes, not after the week free to try.
