Забронировали лодку. Оплату списывают после подтверждения брони. Они сначала подтвердили бронь, списалась оплата и сразу же отменили бронь. Мошенники! Деньги не вернули.

We had a confirmed and payed booking for a yacht ( almost 7000 euros), organized the transfer made some plans - all that to receive a cancellation 2 days before the charter. It appears that the boat owner can cancel any time with no fines or any other stimulations, and they promise to refund you within 30 days. Never use the app or their website unless you want to end up with no boat and no money on an occasion.

Booked a trip, bought plane tickets, then the boat operator cancelled the trip, and this is for Friday, cannot cancel flights. click and boat won’t return my calls, the money won’t go back to our credit card for 10 days, scam alert. Only 7 reviews, this company is not at all together. Watch for hidden fees, fuel excessive costs and inflated timeframes to destination to maximise the boat owner profits and ruin your trip. This is going straight to court, and the parent company Notel will not answer either. The captain and owner won’t answer the phone or emails either. This app should be removed from the App Store. Buyer Beware!!!
