Cloud Softphone

Since starting using Softphone as part of our VoIP setup, the iOS app experiences constant audio issues where callers either can’t hear us at all, or get inaudible and broken audio regardless of network connection type, wifi or 4/5G.

Love the app, but considering changing to something that supports Apple Watch. Currently, if I’m only notified of missed calls on the watch. It doesn’t ring it so I miss calls when I don’t have my phone.

Works amazingly well, great features and user friendly from the word go. Easy to access.

The app is ok. The app must be open to receive calls if you close the app you won’t get any calls. When I do get calls if my phone is on silent I miss calls. Would be handy to have incoming call notifications sent to Apple watch so I don’t miss any calls. As I use my watch mostly and my phone is on silent this would be very handy to have.

This softphone works really great! One feature I would like to see is an option for 'Beep once a call has connected' for when picking up calls.

It works on the phone ok, however incoming phone calls are not being sent to Apple Watch and I keep missing calls. i.e. If my phone is on silent and I leave it somewhere and it rings, my watch will only display a notification for a missed call after it rings out, rather than ringing the watch and allowing me to answer it.

Attended transfers used to work with Maxo, but now they don’t. Now address book has disappeared as well. Apparently there has been a fix waiting for over 6 months, but it never comes. Do not bother.

This app is absolutely terrible, I put it on do not disturb and calls still come through to my phone and interrupt my screen. Even after removing all notification permissions. This makes my entire phone unusable as call notifications constantly appear. I have to delete the every single time and redownload when I need to. I would no way be using this if my workplace didn’t make me.

Great - but needs a do not disturb feature to be able to stop calls when out of the office for example.

Testing to date is providing excellent call quality. The provision using the QR code is a brilliant feature. The phone however is missing a “Do Not Disturb” function which makes it almost unusable for travellers crossing time zones. The only ways to stop the phone ringing in the middle of the night in your far away hotel room is to either switch the physical phone off or go into settings and disable the Push feature (a test for some non-technical folks). Switching of the phone means forget using your iPhone as an alarm clock etc. For the sake of a DND button this phone seems to do everything we require and more.
