Mein erster Eindruck: wertige Vepackung, korrektes Zubehör und gute Gebrauchsanweisung. Obwohl wir keine Technikfreaks sind bekamen wir alle Einstellungen mit 2 Iphones ziemlich gut hin. Nutzen die Kamera zum Überwachen vom Hund während unserer Abwesenheit. Gutes Gerät zu dem Preis.

From the very first use of this App it says « Poor connection » and « Check the network ».
I passed hours to redo everything :
- rebooting router (AVM FRITZ!Box 7490)
- turning off 5 GHz
- delete App CloudEge and re-install it

After many many trials I managed to create an account. But ehen logging in, the app immediately says Poor network.

After endles chat exchanges with SANNCE’s Helpline, I verified again all what they asked without any result.

After numerous new trials, I succeeded to get the LED of the camera turning from Red flashing to Blue permanent, but the process to connect the camera from it’s own AP network (STRNxxxx) to my Wi-Fi network always fails, the app persists saying Poor network. The other methods also fail.
I asked the support if the SSID of the WiFi network causes problems to the App, no response.
While the SANNCE camera semms to connect to my network ( I scanned and found a device eith a network interface from TOPWELL) and wih some ports open, but unfortunately, http and telnet and ssh are not possible.

I consider I had better buy a dog : it has less bugs than this « App »
