The App works well though for the last few weeks when I review footage the footage being reviewed will get stuck and I'm not able to see the complete footage and it does that on all 4cams I have. I hope you will fix this bug. And for those who write a review please write the review about the App not your Cams, many Cams use this same App.

I love this camera, the quality is amazing it was so easy to setup and understanding how to move around through the setup and understanding each function was so easy. I’m not a computer expert, but this camera is so easy to operate and maneuver from one thing to the next is so easy. I am so pleased with the quality of this camera, but the fact that I was not the least bit frustrated trying to set it up was awesome. It was so nice to set up and not get aggravated in the process. Thanks for making this an awesome setup.

Setup is simple enough and so far they do everything I need them to do. Hoping to try the AI recognition soon. Great product!

Things that could be improved: 

1. The screws are low quality; easy to strip or shear off. One of my holes has a permanent sheared off screw innit. 3/4 screws seemed good enough to hold it up.

2. You provide the sticker screw templates for the camera mounting which is awesome, but it would be helpful to have templates for the solar panel attachment as well.

### **--- "Doesn’t see a camera or takes forever to connect"
The app had been working fine for about a year since I purchased a baby camera. But for the past few months it’s been a nightmare. It often doesn’t recognize the camera is on, and when it does it takes forever to connect to it and establish a channel though the phone and the camera are connected to the same wi-fi. The camera is working with the monitor perfectly, but with the app it’s becoming quite impossible to use it.
