Agree with the comment about missing Apple wallet aspect.  
And I did a password reset, but new password does not work … some sort of disconnect. 
I am still struggling to work out what new & useful features there are here…. Does not look like you can accumulate petrol discounts (like the PakNSave in CHCH used to have)…. Hmmm
Just not seeing what the consumer is gaining here yet. 
And the lack of simple conversion from the old NW Clubcard would appear to show a lack of change management on the project. 
In summary: think like a consumer and your system will improve !

If they are doing away with the club they should have automatically signed over the existing members. And the login credentials don’t work. No matter how many times I reset my password and it tells me “you can close this window and sign in” I can’t sign in. 
I just want to use my existing card and number, from my club membership, that was my flybuys number. I don’t want a new app or new number. I’m sick of new apps, new credentials, new membership numbers and the same increasingly exorbitant prices.

Was easy enough to follow and download and set up. Thought this would be the end of my husband using it as he’s not digital but ordered a plastic card for him really easily too. Look forward to the launch to see if all works well

How can i find this app when i am in store? You gave it a generic name and a logo that looks like it was made in 1990. An Ai would have made a better name and icon. Seriously you guys have made a working app that was easy to find into a generic bit of nothing. People have 100s of apps on their phone, and you expect us to find this at a check out with a name and icon like that!!?
