### *---- "Frustrating Account Issues with Your App"
I’m writing to express my frustration with the account management system on your app. When I tried to log in, it said my account had expired and instructed me to create a new one. However, when I attempted to register a new account with the same email, I received a message stating that an account already exists for that email.

This is an incredibly frustrating and illogical loop. I can neither log in to my old account nor create a new one, leaving the app completely unusable.

Please address this issue immediately and let me know how I can regain access to my account. Additionally, it would be helpful to fix the underlying system error so others don’t face the same problem.

Oui je sais pourquoi s’inscrire à une autre app pour commander et manger au resto:  une fois le tout enregistré dans le téléphone, le serveur scan notre numéro et on accumule des points…. Après une semaine je me sent comme si je faisait parti d’une équipe et je trouve ça sympa.  Je ne pense pas lire toutes les infos qu’ils envoient mais j’ai déjà trouvé un article intéressant dans la première newsletter reçue. Me reste qu’à accumuler des points lors de ma prochaine visite !

J ai eu un problème avec la commande et personne ne rend des comptes, pas le resto et ni le livreur. 90 minutes d attendes et aucun recours possible. Encouragez local….

Mettre en force une application comme celle-ci, est un manque flagrant de jugement de l'équipe marketing. Déjà que la clientele est absente de vos restaurants. Vous EXIGEZ l’application pour obtenir des rabais disponible depuis toujours. Un étape de plus pour compliquer la vie de votre clientèle et de vos propres employés durant ce temps de pandemie deja lourd pour tous en ajoutant cette etape additionnel, d’avoir a gerer les insatisfaction de la clientèle. De plus, est-ce que vous trouver normal que vos employes doivent partir avec le téléphone de vos clients considérant que vous n’avez même pas doter bos restaurant de scanner mobile... Un erreur qui accentue le maleur de vos franchisés et de la disparition de votre clientele...
