Club Ride is a free program of the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) designed to improve air quality and encourage the use of commute alternatives to work such as riding the bus, carpooling, vanpooling, walking, bicycling, motorcycling, and telecommuting. Club Ride works with employers and commuters working in Clark County to establish custom commute programs and encourage commuters to try new modes of transportation for getting to work.

Log in not working

Can’t get the app to open up or do anything. All I get is a white screen.

App Down

App has been down for several days.

White blank page

I keep getting a white blank page on my club ride. I haven’t been able to do anything for almost a week. I have deleted the app and download it back on my phone and the problem is still the same.

Log in

I am not able to get to the page to do anything as all I get is a white page and will not load or do anything what can I do

Unusable

Was able to enter my trips at first but now I only get a white screen when I open the app. Nothing else comes up but the white screen so I’m no longer able to use it.

Update 0728/23

The app is just stuck now I couldn’t log my bus ride the last week n a half now it’s just a white screen after deleting & reinstalling …this is fun..

I won!

I’ve only been using the app for less than 2 months and I already won a 10 dollar gift card. I was skeptical at first thinking I would never win but they actually do send out rewards for just tracking your commutes. I would put five stars but the app is really glitchy and it shows I didn’t report a commute when I did.

Unable to login

I have an account and it won’t let me log in since the update! I like logging my commutes to and from work, but since the update it won’t let me log in at all..

Trash

Can’t activate my account because they haven’t sent me an email for a link, so I could set my password. It has been 3 WEEKS already since I created an account. Plus, I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence, but ever since I used this app I KEEP GETTING MORE SPAM/JUNK MAILS AND PHONE CALLS from other states. 🤦🏻‍♀️
