Altrincham Vue poor sound totally ruined what should have been an amazing musical experience seeing Wicked. We complained at the start of the film, they turned the volume up slightly but still absolutely shocking and not what you expect from Vue. I will have to go and see the film again elsewhere where they have surround sound and you aren’t straining to hear . Didn’t get any of the normal feel it in your bones feeling which you should when seeing a spectacular musical like Wicked. Will not go back to Vue in a hurry

Several times now, the app has put Shepherds Bush, London when booking my tickets. I live in Cornwall and have my address on my account. How does it figure that I want to book tickets for London. Tried to change my latest booking location and the app says I can’t as the film is starting in the next hour. This has buggered up a rare night out for my wife and I.
