Cannot believe that a developer did not test their app with the new IOS16 prior to its release. That is very poor.

Very rudimentary mobile app. I haven’t even been able to open it since iOS 16…

Great community bank with awesome employees. The app, which is great, is not working with IOS 16 it crashes.

The app immediately crashes upon opening in iOS 16. The fact that this app receives so little update support is disconcerting— aren’t cybersecurity threats constantly evolving?

I just updated to ios16 today and now I can’t open the CNB app. It starts to open but immediately closes itself. I’ve never had this problem before. Hopefully someone can give me advice on how to fix this problem. I’m still unable to open the app, please fix soon

I love this bank! The employees are always so nice and helpful!!

App works great. Only issue is since one of the updates after logging in so many times with Face ID it will no longer work. Wont even let you use Face ID to pull up saved passwords. I’ve tried turning Face ID off then back on but doesn’t work. I have to delete the app & re-download.

Best Bank. Love this Bank and the employees!!! Can actually call the bank and your call goes directly to the bank you are calling.

The website has more features than iPad or iPhone app. I can’t see bills that are due or loan balances on the apps.

This app worked great and would let me use my thumbprint but lately that has changed and the app closes when I try to use my thumb print to log on. I now have to hit the cancel button and type in my password to be able to log onto the app.
