Used to love Coast…
…but in the past year they have made changes that have tanked the user experience. Trying to figure out returns to all the vendors instead of 1 place is like being told to crack the da Vinci code, the VIP membership now only works for Debenham’s, and communication with customer service is a nightmare; it takes ages to get a response & they often only half answer then close the case and ask you to rate the experience. The member portal isn’t great & can take you in a maze or a dead end depending on what info you’re looking for, it doesn’t properly track what’s been delivered, and when you do manage a refund, you’re sort of on your own trying to figure out what money refunded is for what items.
