I’ve been playing for more than 1200 levels. Really enjoying the game play and variety however, many of the ads are verifiably scams and many ads ( notably tagged from Marriott ) cannot be closed without closing the game and restarting.
I finally deleted this app as most ads become inescapable even when I closed and reopened the game. Over 2000 plays and you drove me away.  SOOO DISAPPOINTED !!!

Problem 
One of your ads is a blank white screen. It has a 30 second timer in the bottom left corner that doesn’t move. That is all that’s on the page. I have to reboot the program to continue. Otherwise I enjoy the game and play everyday

For the past 3-4 months, I’ve been losing rewards in the middle of watching the ads. Either the ad freezes the game and I have to close the app,  the screen goes black, OR the app itself closes, which just happened , and it doesn’t reset to give me the reward I earned by watching the videos 😕 Please focus on fixing this. And in the meantime, how about putting some additional looking glass points in my account for the time I’ve invested and the hassle this is.

Sometimes I just want to pop in and do some puzzles. Half the time I don’t even get started because I am forced to click through some micro transaction encouraging addition that is unskippable and it is extremely frustrating. I love this game but, a lot of the times when I watch an add for power ups it takes away some of them. I would give this a 5 star if it gets fixed I play it everyday basically and have like a 40 day play streak I just don’t think it should take away your power up that you watched to get!! I am updating my review bc the Cody cross team responded and helped me and said they would try to fix the issue I am having they did also give me a couple of extra power ups for my lost ones which was nice I also did let them know when it was happening most and hopes it helps to fix it in case anyone else is having the same issue as me.

I’ve been playing for years and really enjoy the variety.  I am a little confused about the scoring of the pages in the library; doesn’t make sense to me yet—maybe a revised explanation would help?   Another minor suggestion: consider putting the Achievements in reverse order to eliminate scrolling thru long list.  One comment: I appreciate that the ads enable me to play for free, but I have to wonder if the advertisers really think we are going to be interested in their product or change our mind after X-ing out 1, 2, 3, 4, or even 5 times?  Just makes me more determined not to consider their product.

I love this game, and don’t mind the actual ads. But when it tells me it wants information to get Amazon gift cards, free McDonalds food or money, I start to get a bit suspicious.
