Als Gründer und CEO ist es deine Aufgabe, ein Café zu eröffnen, Kaffeemischungen zu verwalten, die besten Kaffeeprodukte zu erstellen, die besten Talente einzustellen und zu motivieren, effektives Marketing zu betreiben, die Finanzen des Unternehmens zu verwalten, das Geschäft auf mehrere Städte auszuweiten und das größte Kaffeeimperium aufzubauen!

- Eröffnen Sie Hunderte von Kaffeehäusern in mehreren Städten, aber Sie befassen sich jetzt mit den echten Städten: San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Tokyo, Osaka, London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Rom, Madrid und Seattle.

- Du kannst die Spielwährung zwischen USD, EURO, JPY und GBP auswählen.

- Wähle die Innen- und Außeneinrichtung sowie das Kaffee-Equipment deiner Läden, um diese einzigartig zu gestalten. Du kannst jetzt sogar persönliche Inneneinrichtungen designen.

- Lege deine Produktmenüs und Preise klug fest, um mit Cafés in deiner Nähe zu konkurrieren. Du kannst jetzt auch brandneue Produkte entwickeln.

- Führe dein eigenes Marketing durch, um die Besucherzahlen zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig die Kosten zu minimieren. Du hast jetzt mehr Marketingkampagnen.

- Stelle Mitarbeiter ein und sorge dafür, dass diese hart arbeiten und zufrieden sind. Ihre Leistungen werden über die Beliebtheit deines Geschäfts entscheiden. Du kannst jetzt sogar einen Filialleiter einstellen, der viele der täglichen Geschäftsabläufe delegiert.

- Mitarbeiter und Kunden verursachen jede Woche viele Unfälle. Kümmere dich um einen nach dem anderen oder delegiere sie an die Filialleiter.

- Leihe dir Geld von Banken, wenn du Bargeld benötigst. Achte jedoch auf die Zinssätze, da jedes Land sein eigenes BIP-Wachstum und seinen eigenen Leitzins hat.

- Wenn die Zahl der Filialen wächst, wird die Verwaltung komplexer. Eröffne Büros, stelle Angestellte ein und schaffe funktionale Abteilungen: Personalwesen, Finanzen, Produkte, Marketing, Technik, Geschäftsführung und Investitionen.

- Die Personalabteilung kümmert sich um Ausbildung, Erholung, Vergütung und Sozialleistungen für die Mitarbeiter.

- Die Finanzabteilung verfügt nun über eine Kapitalflussrechnung, zusätzlich zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und zur Bilanz. Erfasse finanzielle Details wie ein Profi durch realistische Rechnungen.

- Führe stadtweite Marketingkampagnen durch, um den Bekanntheitsgrad der Marke zu erhöhen.

- Die Technikabteilung ermöglicht es dir, neue Online-Dienste und Anwendungen zu entwickeln. Diese werden sich weltweit durchsetzen.

- Stelle C-Level-Führungskräfte wie COO, CFO, CTO, CMO... ein und übertrage ihnen ein hohes Maß an Verantwortung. Sorge dafür, dass sie durch Aktienoptionen und RSUs einen Anreiz erhalten.

- Als Vorstandsvorsitzender kannst du eine Vorstandssitzung abhalten und über deine Vergütung und die Dividenden des Unternehmens diskutieren.

- Arbeite mit Investmentbanken zusammen und erreiche Börsengänge und M&A.

- Erweitere dein Imperium durch die Investitionsabteilung auf andere Geschäftsbereiche als Kaffee, z. B. Immobilien und Aktienanlagen.

Love the game really its all i want in a mobile game but at some point when getting to year 2034 it crashes somehow and i loose everything 

I hooe you can fix that probleme and i can get to the point where i can buy a sports team

Tolles Spiel
Hier sind In App käufe ausnahmsweise völlig in Ordnung.
Keine Werbung, keine Wartezeiten.
Meiner Meinung nach braucht das Spiel aber dringend mehr Abwechslung:
- Andere Geschäftsrichtungen (nicht nur Kaffee)
- Eine Möglichkeit eigene Startups zu Gründen
- Ausserdem fehlt die Möglichkeit bei anderen Firmen in den Vorstand zu kommen (Obwohl im Spiel darauf Hingewiesen wird dass does möglich ist bei genügend Firmenanteilen)

Alles in allem gutes Spiel aber auch viel potential nach oben.

Das Spiel macht grundsätzlich spass. Nützlich wären aber Tutorials oder Hinweise, in welchen beschrieben steht, weshalb mein Unternehmen Geld verliert. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn in Zukunft weitere Spiele derselben Art, nur mit einer anderen Thematik (nicht Kaffee) zur Verfügung stehen würden.
