Hopeless
I had a helpful person on the end of the phone who talked me through the conundrum. That is the most appalling circumstance in trying to set up the change from the satisfactory old site to this hopeless new one. I have been around in circles and met myself coming back again. Once finished I went out of it and now can’t get back into it at all. It doesn’t like me and I certainly don’t like it. Fortunately I was able to pay my account before I lost the ability to access the app again. I will not be buying anything else on Coles credit cards after this experience.
