Not a great app. Very basic. The slider to add games to your account gets stuck as your scroll. You can only add games up to the letter M.

You have to enter and verify your phone number to enter any contests and each time I get an error and am not able to verify. Seems like a lot of other people have the same problem. Unusable app!

I keep trying to enter the contests and it cannot verify my phone number it has been several days. They need to fix that issue.

Whatever phone number I put I get a “can’t verify” error. What a disappointment

Phone verification to verify to enter never works.

You can’t enter any of the giveaways without verifying your phone number. When you enter your phone number to verify, the number keyboard covers the “verify button” , then you can’t minimize the keyboard to enter your phone number. SCAM DELUXE!! Save your time and information.

I love all the possibilities of Casino Comp Wallet! The giveaways are amazing, and I can’t wait to see what offers will be available in the future for casino lovers!

I get notifications but can’t see what the comp is. Nothing shows up when I open the app. I search the app with a general search of the term Las Vegas and I get a bunch of expired comps. I open a comp and when I back out they all disappear again. A waste of time looking at expired comps that I can’t tell if they are or not. So I have to repeat the process. Not very user friendly. At least take the expired comps off your server. Do a little house cleaning or update them if they are still valid. Hard to find anything in this app or if it’s even valid. When you address these issues and this bug I will review my review at a later date and may change my rating of your app. At least it’s starting to get a little better. I’ve had this app since the LVA recommended it. Please do a little more work to improve it so I can take their product recommendations seriously.

Bugs are fixed, app works great now, love the giveaways!

Really like how convenient it is to use!
