This app is absolute rubbish, especially given the fact that we have spent several thousand pounds on a CCTV system. When you are away, you cannot login to it as it doesn’t recognise your login details. It says they are wrong and denies you access. It is clunky, unfriendly and just doesn’t work, which makes the whole CCTV system a joke! You can only view the CCTV when you are at home! This company are very quick to take your money, but are totally useless at everything else. Disgusted! No stars given.

This App is full of bugs keeps crashing, it’s extremely slow and does not do the job it supposed to do. I wish there was something else as an alternative to this for mac. So hence I would rename it useless pro.

Hi team I have a concept pro AHD dvr cctv installed from ADT unfortunately I have lost the remote control to reset the box can I buy a replacement from yourselves as ADT would not send me one or the engineer would not give me a remote

Had this a few weeks & the app is hopeless. Save your money & get different cameras

It won’t load freezes then you reload and wait fed up of it adt are the same will someone sort it out bloody hell we pay to look and check our homes not to spend all night to see a spider on the camera or does the spider come with it

Please can the developer improve this app. We have spent £8000 on our whole system and the app is laggy and awful to use on the Apple iPhone or maybe on other devices as well. . Please can you use the scroll method of being able to watch recordings like hik vision do and the ring camera does. So much easier rather going in and selecting a search time and then having to press a fast forward or rewind button. I’m sure we can do better with this concept pro app. It’s about time it had a over haul

This app was buggy and temperamental at best, and looks like it gets very minimal support or updates. Doesn’t appear to have been touched for two years until three weeks ago when “a bug was fixed” which has now rendered the app completely useless for me with no hope of connecting to my cameras. I could live with this (maybe) if the iPims SW was available for Mac but no idea when this will be, so for now I can only monitor my cameras sitting at the recorder which is almost useless.

App fails to connect which is pointless when trying to connect to check your property. Looking at the reviews you’ve only replied to the positive one and don’t seem to have any plan to resolve this issue. Will be speaking to ADT to try and find an alternative app which I can actually use.
