It’s very bad , no one answers the call or attends .I am not able to operate one side of curtain from my app

The application has stopped working which leaves you unable to use your blinds. If they’ve been up they’ll stay up and you will have to wait till the time the app starts working again. There is no support for this app. No one responds to calls.

p allows motors to be controlled Connexoon Box responds immediately. All curtains in my home are from somfy that’s why I opted for connexoon for home automation of curtains and blinds. The only problem is that Alexa integration is supported via IFTTT which has now become a paid service, while for google home its free. Since my home is Alexa enabled, I really want Somfy to come up with a dedicated Alexa skill for its Connexoon box. over voice using alexa. The only limitation is that the app only lets you create 8 scenarios. I really wish if that limit could be increased to atleast 20. Otherwise, the device and app controls are very responsive and I can control curtains through the app and over voice from anywhere in the world.

2 years after first reviewing and still so buggy. Nothing had been done to fix it. Often doesn’t work with repeated errors and needs to be shut down and reopened to work with blinds. Frequent login issues. Most recently just wouldn’t open the app for 3 weeks as wife changed password on hers - no error, nothing, just wouldnt work.

I find it quite difficult to navigate, it is not very intuitive

This App really needs to be written for tablets as and not just for phones, as most people who have automated blinds have a tablet in the home that they wish to be able to open and close their blinds with via the app on a tablet rather than have to find their phone each time. It’s quite painful how you cannot change the orientation of the app and lock it in either portrait or landscape mode for a tablet. This should be a simple fix for an App developer.

App works reasonably well but is super basic , app needs UI to be able to show battery level of blind motors !!

Seriously, 2 years since they responded to the 1 Star review about the horrible UI and it’s still clunk as hell and buggy. So much white space on the Home Screen and everything crammed down the bottom with overlapping buttons and tiny fonts. A shame to be locked into using this app for smart blinds.

Developers - get your act together. A high school student would make a better app than that. It’s totally appalling and unacceptable. Zero stars. Your app should be banned from the Apple Store.

Half the buttons are off the screen or right at the edge. Also can’t rearrange icons so that they suit your use.
