Consent-O-Matic

This is the ultimate quality-of-life improvement for browsing the modern web. It might be my single favourite app that I have installed due to how many tiny (but endless) papercut annoyances it saves me. The only better option than this would be if cookie consent was implemented at the browser level rather than per-website!

This is the best thing I ever got for my iPad. Hooray, thank you developers for improving people’s lives. (Occasionally it doesn’t work but who cares cos most of the time it does work!)

I hardly ever have to go through the annoyance of clicking cookies/consent boxes anymore. This app does if for you. You won't believe how brilliant it is until you see it working and realise how much more pleasant it makes to use websites

I was already using this extension on my laptop browser so you can imagine how exited I was when I saw it on the mobile AppStore. Just a small suggestion, some times, for some reason, the extension misses one single permission so the privacy banner does not go away. An example of this is El País (Spanish Newspaper), but I have noticed the same issue on other websites.

This app frees you from repetitive completing of tedious and deliberately confusing cookie consent forms. University developer, says data not collected.

I rarely am truly awed by an app these days but this is AWESOME. Thank you for making this! Does exactly what it is supposed to do, and the animation of it doing so is super cool.

Worked on a couple of sites once enabled but 9/10 does nothing so don’t bother

I installed this with hope that it would resolve the horrible way in which cookies are managed on websites and the hack around "legitimate interest" options but after installing Safari warned me about its ability to read passwords and card details from web pages. I'd rather have cookie messages than that. Removed immediately. Message below. PERMISSIONS FOR "CONSENT-O-MATIC" Web Page Contents and Browsing History Can read and alter sensitive information on web pages, including passwords, phone numbers and credit cards, and see your browsing history on the current tab's web page when you use the extension.

Endlich eine App bei der diese nervige Cookie Abfrage automatisch geblockt wird bzw automatisch ausgefüllt wird und zwar so wie man es vorher festgelegt hat. Ja auch hier funktioniert es bei manchen Seiten nicht. Aber deutlich besser als die ganzen anderen. Außerdem ist Mitarbeit gefragt. Wenn man eine Seite hat auf der es nicht funktioniert dann sollte man sich die kurze Mühe machen und über die Erweiterung in Safari diese Seite eben schnell melden. Nur so hilft man die App zu verbessern!
