But the website is also lacking, so I find myself switching back and forth between the app and website to get the info I need. Frustrating. The app is geared toward new cars, so searching for info on used cars or legacy reviews is almost impossible on the app. Overall just not satisfied with how CR presents information. -- Njm phz, 2025-09-23 ### **--- "It’s okay on iPhone, broken on iPad Pro" When launching the Consumer Reports app on my M4 iPad Pro, all it does is display a 3-panel “intro screen”, nothing else. -- DJMarkSF, 2025-09-18 ### ***-- "No app for iPad" I love consumer reports have used it for many decades decision on buying just about anything that they review it was very happy with this issues I made based on this information go out. I got the first OK. Since I am a senior, I prefer to be able to use the app on my iPad, but I can’t use the app and be able on the iPad because this may put the iPhone which I also app but it’s just easier to read so perhaps they will in the very near future make it available on iPad. I can also always go to the website, but I kinda like to have it, my iPad -- NoMor2, 2025-09-17 ### ***-- "Separate hybrids from EVs" As there are so many different hybrids and EVs, can you please separate them under categories so I don’t have to wade through one to look at the other. Thanks! -- Anonymous0610934, 2025-09-06 ### ***-- "Not user friendly" You need to make your app more stream lined and user friendly. It’s not like it’s free. We are paying for this service. It’s in poor form, Consumer Reports. I’m disappointed in you. -- Train *, 2025-09-01 ### *---- "crashed" I am assuming that this involves the last update. I cannot use the app or sign in on the app. It is not the account as it works in a browser. It is the app. -- WeissInPhx, 2025-08-26 ### ****- "Need iPad version!!!" I love the app on the iPhone, but it DEFINITELY needs an iPad version in portrait and landscape modes. Please, please make an iPad version. -- Intel007, 2025-08-25 ### *---- "App v Online" For some reason the app requires a different log in than the website? I go to the app log in, and incorrect. Click forgot password, they send me an email. I get email, change password on a mobile (not the app) site. It logs me into the site, again, not the app. I go back to app with newly correct log in credentials, and it’s still not the correct password, somehow? This is infuriating- and certainly not worth the $40 to endure. Come to think of it, what would consumer reports recommend of their own app? -- Geoc fan, 2025-08-24 ### *---- "Doesn’t update" I’m trying to use this on my phone (my only option.) It’s telling me that I have to update the app before I can use it. Unfortunately the App Stores’ only option is to “Resume” - after choosing that, it reverts to a “pause” option. It’s frustrating!! -- Deb Anderson, 2025-08-20 ### *---- "Ruined by AI" This app responds to search queries by requiring you to make an AI inquiry. Then instead of a general response that is informative, it provides “advice” on your purchase. I search kitchen trash cans and was told to buy a compost milling device. Nope. I will try to tap CR database through duck duck go. -- Cadillac Bob, 2025-08-18 [View all Consumer Reports reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Consumer Reports In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | CR Yearly Subscription | $39.00 | | CR Monthly Subscription | $10.00 | ## Consumer Reports Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Топ по доходу | Соединенные Штаты | Shopping | #10 | | Топ по доходу | Канада | Shopping | #12 | ## Consumer Reports Discovered Keywords - edmunds - app reviews - review - the report - reviews - ratings - pricing products - product rating - compare - compare prices ## Apps Similar to Consumer Reports - [Amica](https://apptail.io/ru/app/amica-qS/united-states) - [Norton Password Manager](https://apptail.io/ru/app/norton-password-manager-ddc/united-states) - [Mobile Link for Generators](https://apptail.io/ru/app/mobile-link-for-generators-lDR/united-states) - [My Consumer Cellular](https://apptail.io/ru/app/my-consumer-cellular-IvKb/united-states) - [Airthings](https://apptail.io/ru/app/airthings-Nygd/united-states) - [MySubaru](https://apptail.io/ru/app/mysubaru-Cwqk/united-states) - [Genasys Protect](https://apptail.io/ru/app/genasys-protect-KOwk/united-states) - [Birdfy](https://apptail.io/ru/app/birdfy-MvQn/united-states) - [Hydrawise](https://apptail.io/ru/app/hydrawise-dLlo/united-states) - [RYOBI](https://apptail.io/ru/app/ryobi-cHxu/united-states) ## Consumer Reports Available In - [Соединенные Штаты](https://apptail.io/ru/app/consumer-reports-Yld/united-states) - [Канада](https://apptail.io/ru/app/consumer-reports-Yld/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io/ru) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
