ประกอบด้วย 
1. การให้คำปรึกษาทางไกล
บริการให้คำปรึกษาทางไกลโดยแพทย์ทางไกลที่ให้คำแนะนำทางการแพทย์ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงผ่านวิดีโอคอลกับแพทย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ทางการแพทย์

2. การส่งข้อมูลทางการแพทย์จากที่บ้าน
ระบบโทรเวชกรรมมีส่วนช่วยให้ผู้ให้บริการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพ สามารถตรวจสอบสัญญาณชีพและอาการผิดปกติของผู้ป่วยจากระยะไกลได้ ได้แก่ ข้อมูลอุณหภูมิ, ความดันโลหิต, ชีพจร และ อัตราการหายใจ รวมถึงข้อมูล สุขภาพอื่น ๆ จากอุปกรณ์ที่ผู้ป่วยสวมใส่ หรือ อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์เคลื่อนที่ ข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะถูกส่งจากบ้านของผู้ป่วยไปยังเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยโดยตรง ซึ่งจะต้องผ่านการยินยอมของผู้ป่วย
3. จัดเก็บข้อมูลสุขภาพ
ผู้ป่วยกรอกข้อมูลสุขภาพด้วยความสมัครใจ ประวัติการแพ้ยา, ประวัติโรคประจำตัว รวมถึงยาที่ใช้ในปัจจุบัน เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลในกรณีฉุกเฉินทางการแพทย์
4. เรียกรถพยาบาล
เมื่อเกิดเหตุไม่คาดฝันขึ้น ผู้ป่วยหรือบุคคลใกล้ชิดสามารถเรียกรถพยาบาล ผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นซึ่งเชื่อมต่อกับศูนย์สั่งการที่มีระบบ AOC แต่ละจังหวัดในประเทศไทย ทำให้รถพยาบาลสามารถระบุตำแหน่งที่เกิดเหตุและทำการเข้าถึงผู้ป่วยได้รวดเร็วมากยิ่งขึ้น
5. ระบบปรึกษาสุขภาพจิต
การป้องกันป่วยที่อยู่ในสภาวะเครียดหรือทุกข์ใจให้ได้รับคำแนะนำที่ดี มองเห็นทางออก และฟื้นจากความทุกข์เข้าสู่ภาวะปกติสุข ผู้ป่วยสามารถติดต่อกับนักจิตวิทยาโดยตรง ผ่าน เจ้าหน้าที่
