I have enjoyed using Countdown, while I was counting down something in my time zone.  However, while counting down an event in Eastern Time, although I selected New York as the time zone, it’s counting down as though the event is in Pacific Time, which is where I am.

I’m very disappointed that this app, which I paid for SPECIFICALLY to use the widget feature, does not even give me that option. If you’re looking for a countdown timer that you can see without having to open the app, don’t buy this one! Waste of money!!!!

I really liked this app and used it to Countdown ‎ to my retirement date. Retirement date has passed and now the app is counting up! How do I make it stop? I don’t want to delete the event! I just want to go see countdown to retirement as zero days zero hours and zero minutes. With no further counting!

Sure it works but the purchase/download page alludes to being able to see more than 1 event from the lock/home screen. I guess I should have tested it more before buying it. Yep, only 99 cents but I’m going to look for another app. It does not attach to any widget. I can only favorite one event at a time. 
I do like I can choose a background image but the image doesn’t maintain aspect ratio.
