If you subscribe via App Store:
Your subscription allows you to access Crave during the term of your prepaid subscription period. At the end of that period, your subscription plan will automatically renew according to your selected period and payment will be charged to your App Store Account within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. All cancellations will take effect at the end of the current period. There are no refunds on paid subscription fees. Prices subject to change.

For the price you don’t get very much. Now they’ve added shows with ADS when you’ve pre paid for no ads. Not to mention when you get scammed if you resubscribe for an annual subscription. The whole thing is sketchy and of course customer service is useless and well rehearsed into how their “policy” works.

Literally the worst streaming app. Just about everything you want to watch. Have to go to admins profile. And then go to tv provider. What’s the point of a mobile app if it doesn’t work independently. I look forward to the day WB is bought by Netflix or Paramount. So that their library can be freed of this s hit app.

The crave app, on iOS and on any other device, has always been and continues to be the worst user experience of any streaming app. The app regularly times out, logs itself out, refuses to stream content, crashes, or simply doesn’t load content. Also the streaming quality on Crave is subpar compared to most other streaming services. Very frustrating that premium networks like HBO allow their content to be handled by such a poor quality service provider.

Used to be able to peruse HBO and see all the different shows and movies from over the decades. Now can only find the top shows listed or use the search function to find shows you know the name of. Pretty ridiculous set up. Plus taking away the tv guide for coming up next on live tv (other then viewing the next show on) makes watching live tv on crave not practical. This is pathetic Bell. Your latest update made using CRAVE miserable.

Not only do we have the pleasure of paying for this service, we also get the same repeated commercials, 3 commercials and 2 are the same. Garbage. 

Some movies or published shows force French, for no good reason other than being in Canada. 

Crave needs some better quality controls, maybe even their own employees checking their work. 

I hoped this service would improve over time, but that doesn’t seem doable.
