## Creaks Description
The ground starts shaking, light bulbs are breaking - and something rather unusual is happening right behind the walls of your very room. Equipped with nothing but wit and courage, you slowly descend into a world inhabited by avian folk and seemingly deadly furniture monsters.

From the creators of indie classics Machinarium and Samorost comes Creaks, a new puzzle adventure game that delights the senses with its hand-painted visuals, precise animation, eerie sounds, and an eclectic original score from Hidden Orchestra. Proceed at your own pace at figuring out the solutions to dozens of carefully designed puzzles, explore the mansion for hidden paintings, and uncover the great secret.

Creaks is best enjoyed with a controller and a good pair of headphones.

After three days I finally earned the achievement “Through the Night”, which symbolises my completion of this game. I really recommended it not only because it’s tough but interesting logistical problems, as well as it’s whole background story about the adventure. It’s really touching to witness the final battle with the boss and enjoy the honor of saving the birds family.

### *---- "Unplayable with only touchscreen input"
Specifics:
1. Motion is relative, so if your initial touch is too low, you'll be able to move left or right but not down. You WILL discover this too late while running from a monster.
2. There are two movement speeds, and you have to swipe farther to run instead of walk. Other games have situations when walking is advantageous (stealth, avoiding going over edges, etc.), but walking is useless in this game.

Would rate this 5, but without any gamepad support I get can’t give it any more than 3.
Had too many times that the touch screen controls won’t respond fast or accurate enough for me to survive, ending up having to restart sections where I’d have no problem if I would have better control over the character.
Please add gamepad support on iOS.

Bestämde mig för att prova Apple Arcade, och fastnade för detta.

Jag och min tonåring spelade tillsammans vid datorn, det är alltså ett enpersonsspel, men det fungerade utmärkt att sitta och diskutera hur man skulle göra, även om bara en styr.

För mina medelådersögon känns det litet för plåttrigt för telefonen, men det var toppen på datorn, och säkert också på Apple TV, men det har jag inte gjort än.

Fullkomligt briljant plattformspussel. Lagom svårt och den tecknade grafiken är i toppklass. Amanita upphör aldrig att förvåna, varje spel är unikt i spelidé och miljöerna alltid välgjorda. Trodde dom skulle ha svårt att toppa Machinarium men Creaks är ännu bättre, om än en helt annan typ av spel. Ett måste att prova!

### ***** "Long awaited Machinarium follow up"
More straightforward gameplay than Machinarium but same atmosphere and advanced problem solving, the only drawback is that its not optimized for touch control on iPad however (this could be improved). But if you want a game that challenges you and at the same time delivers a visually striking and a quite unique experince than this game is in a class for itself.
