Приложение не может подключиться к плоттеру с ноутбука, хотя в устройствах плоттер виден, на айпад программа постоянно вылетает и пишет, что невозможно подключиться, уже сто раз пожалела, что купила плоттер этой фирмы. Работать на нем не возможно. Почините программу или напишите новую, которая будет работать.

Приложение на компьютере не видит плоттер, хотя устройство на компьютере распознано. В браузерной версии все нормально работало. Зачем было ее убирать?! Теперь приходиться пересылать макеты на телефон и оттуда на маленьком экранчике настраивать печать. Сохраненные настройки приходится делать заново. Техподдержка не ответила ни на одно из трёх писем, отправленных с перерывом в месяц-полтора. В общем, компании Cricut плевать на российских пользователей, что очень неприятно.

Не работает подружка файлов всех типов, так же из библиотеки Cricut не подгружает ничего, работать в приложении невозможно, очень жаль

Update june 7 2022: Someone explain to me what's going on. every time I open the app to work with it, a problem must arise. it's always a mistake. it doesn't work to upload pictures with silhouettes, it gives me an error in the font of the writing, my projects are deleted, my projects are saved in pairs with the same name, it works very slowly ... only it happens to me? I would like to send a video to someone to explain to me if I'm doing it wrong or it's not a good app Update may 30 2022: I have no idea what you're doing with this app, but every time I use it, it has to be something that doesn't work. and all this since the design changed, as if the black background was all we needed. and no, it's not from my ipad. now I expect you to restrict it for me. Maybe it's not from you, but I don't understand what's going on and why you didn't leave it as it was when it worked well. am i the only one who has this happen to me? Update may 3 2022: the worst app. with each update, the app gets worse and worse instead of better. the older versions were better😑 It was great. But now it takes me more time to do my work. The new vwesion is slower and doesn’t have the “try again” option. I am disappointed. 😐🙁

I am very disappointed in the fact that Cricut upgraded the design space and didn’t think of their long time customers who for whatever reason can’t afford to purchase a brand new Apple device and I don’t like PC’s but can’t afford one even if I did. They didn’t even say “let’s leave the older version available and still have the newer version for those who have newer devices.” No, they took the whole thing out and now I can not use it on my desktop because it’s running OS 10.3 and has reached its limit. I still have the first cricut that came out in 2003 looking like I bought it last year. I also have 2 others (1 I bought in 2019 & in 2021), and 2 cricut press. Now I’m looking for someone to buy them all and get a cutter that will allow me to use all I have till I can afford to upgrade. Very disappointed indeed.
