## CRM APP 1.0 Description
Wir haben die CRM App entwickelt, um die Prinzipien und Benefits des Crew Ressource Managements möglichst vielen Mitarbeiter*Innen in der Akut- und Intensivmedizin immer und überall per Handy zugänglich zu machen. Wir möchten so unseren kleinen Beitrag zur insgesamten Erhöhung der Patientensicherheit leisten. Die App ist sowohl für Anfänger als auch erfahrene Profis geeignet und kann sowohl als Mini-Lehrbuch als auch als Merkhilfe in einem Notfall dienen. 

Das Basis-Modul der CRM App wird dabei fortlaufend aktualisiert und weiter entwickelt. Für die Zukunft planen wir noch mehr interaktive Inhalte und zusätzliche Module mit speziellen Inhalten und typischen Fallbeispielen für spezifische Bereiche wie Anästhesie, Rettungsdienst, Notaufnahme/Schockraum, oder Intensivstation, die zum Basismodul dazu gebucht werden können. Alle registrierten App User werden per Push-Nachrichten über Neuigkeiten informiert.

Die Entwickler freuen sich auf konstruktives und ehrliches Feedback und wünschen viel Freude beim Umsetzen der Prinzipien in der Praxis. Vielleicht begegnen wir uns in Zukunft bei einem Simulations-Training, CRM-Webinar oder auf einem Instruktorenkurs.

Ich habe selber CRM-Kurse bei Rall & Co absolviert. Diese App ist die logische Weiterentwicklung des Kurskonzeptes, finde ich bislang super. Alle wichtigen Unterlagen und Kursmaterialien sowie Info-Materialien sind verfügbar und schön aufbereitet. Klare Übersicht, wirklich toll gemacht!
