I don’t normally play these types of games, but I was looking for something new, and it’s just OK. There were a few glitches toward the end that made it a little bit bothersome. For instance, the first time the prince speaks about his soul shards, the dialogue cuts off before he gets to say everything and the inventory boxes stay visible too long after you’ve checked the inventory. Some of the puzzles were fun and the hops were good but it’s not a title I’ll be pursuing.
This game was a twisted take on Rapunzel. The storyline was about stealing souls, one we normally see in Domini, not Elephant. I thought the game was average. It was very short, glitchy and dull. The mini-games were simplistic. The map icon obscured some of the collectible puzzle pieces, so I had to get them in the extras section after the game. Some other puzzles were very difficult to manipulate. Inventory usage was not creative or innovative. So my rating will remain at a 3 stars, for merely average. I am not a fan of this series. I would prefer a Detectives United or Mystery Tracker. I wish Haunted Hotel hadn’t been retired!
Flawless game. Interesting story and a nice variety of puzzles and hidden objects. And the best part…a full size game! Thanks for releasing games like these!!!
I really enjoyed this game. Lengthy and interesting puzzles and smooth play. I will happily pay $7 for games like this!
