The latest version of this awful app omitted the most important aspect, the rewards card barcode to scan at checkout.

Coupons won’t load, can’t update insurance, virtual care says I have wrong member id

The only reason I got this app was so I could get my insurance info updated before January 1 without having to call the incredibly inefficient voicemail system or go to the store. Guess what: you can sure upload your documents, but a cvs employee is never going to look at them. The app is also extremely glitchy. Don’t bother with it.

I can’t see me reward or send coupons more often than I can. I’m constantly getting an “oops” message. It’s not a good app.

Don’t use cvs. They are slow and lazy. They don’t care to fill your prescriptions on time.

The CVS needs to workout bugs that give error messages when ordering.😡

I was excited to try and use my 25% off entire order but it has taken me 3 days to complete, right down to the wire. First night it crashed, second day refilled my cart but the color choices of the product would not load and I wanted to verify the right color before I finished the purchase. So today I purchased, and it took 3 address changes to make the website happy. Why is a 100% beeswax lip sealer not allowed to be shipped to a US Postal box address. There is absolutely nothing dangerous about the product!! The whole point of ordering on line for me is it’s a 45 minute drive to the nearest location, I have tried to use the site previously and this is my first successful order!

For 3days I've been trying to use the app to see my rewards and it's still not working

All I see is a page saying “You’re all caught up.” No option to do anything. Why doesn’t this app work?
