No compren productos de esta marca. Descontinúan el servicio y tus equipos quedan obsoletos sin posibilidades de uso. Tengo “smart plugs” que ya no sirven porque decidieron cambiar de app y dejar de dar servicio a varios modelos entre cámaras, enchufes y demás. No conviene gastar dinero en aparatos que Eliud te forzarán a dejar de usar.

Not compatible with my extender
Dumb problem that buyers can’t fix
It will tell you to connect to a network that doesn’t exist, meaning you literally can’t setup your box because there’s no network for the required part, also the loading times are fake. If you press the next button when it tells you to plug the box in and just don’t plug it in, it will start going up in percentage even though there’s no power in the box

I connected it to my computer and everything went fine but when I switched Wi-Fi’s, it didn’t work anymore. I factory reset the extender I have and the app keeps looking for local device even after scanning the qr code when it’s about to go in the WiFi menu.
Works and then doesn’t work
Nothing but trouble with the app and connecting to the extender, will not connect to the extender while I am connected to the network, will not show clients, always shows zero, while all of my connected devices are on the network and working fine.

Do not buy this piece of scrap wifi rxtender. You will be harast by configuring it very iften.
