Daftari turns the paper debt notebook into an elegant digital ledger that works offline — built for businesses: groceries, mini-markets, spare parts, pharmacies and wholesalers.

• Alerts for overdue and soon-due debts

■ Every entry documented on WhatsApp
• After each entry, WhatsApp opens with a ready receipt message — just tap send (free via wa.me)
• Or link your WhatsApp with a QR code (like WhatsApp Web) and receipts send automatically from your own number
• Balance reminders and full account statements from the customer page
• Scheduled automatic reminders for late payers and monthly statements
• Your business logo at the top of every statement — so what reaches your customer carries your identity

■ Reports that explain your business
• Today and month summaries, 6-month chart
• Top debtors and best payers
• Filter and sort your customers: overdue, in debt, blacklisted, longest inactive

• Your data stays on your device and works offline — with optional cloud backup

The ledger itself is free to use. A monthly subscription (Basic / Growth / Business) or a pack of transactions that never expires raises how much you can record — bought inside the app as an In-App Purchase, and a subscription can be cancelled at any time.
