Money was never sent to the recipient
I have used Dahabshiil to send money a few times. Although Dahabshiil is reliable and fast, my recent experience with them has been disappointing. Just four weeks ago today, I sent money using the app, but the recipient never received it. I've sent multiple emails and engaged in online chats with their agency, but all I've received is a promise to inform me once they resolve the issue. At this point, their response is absurd and essentially amounts to theft. Four weeks is too long of a wait, especially since it took seconds to be taken. I want my money back!!!!

Easy and convenient way to send money back home
It gives you a peace of mind, no more waiting outside the local Dahabshiil not knowing when they will open. It’s cheaper and easier to send money through the App, less feeds and you’re notified when they receive the money 👍👍👍👍. Oh they do Promotions on weekends you can send money without any fees. Take advantage 👍

The transaction processing time is terrible but the rest is fine

Worst remittance when it comes to rate they applied on exchange and the fee they charges same time. therefore i didn’t like they r ripp off.
Very poor customer service and complicated process
Please don't send by this company. I sent money to my family before six days , but my family still didn't get .I try to contact customer service no one answered very bad company that was my first time to use their app but it is very complicated to receive a money through mobile transfer option.. no one in position to help they don’t respond to a call DON’T USE THEM
The worst customer service overall
I tried to send money from uk to Ethiopia. The transaction is still pending. Customer service keeps telling me to wait without giving me any time period. The customer service chat replies whenever they feel like it. When you call customer service they barely answer and it takes you to voicemail and when they do answer if you’re lucky they just say sorry and explain to you about a problem you have no idea about and none of your business to be understanding about. Basically they make their problem your problem and you have to wait until they have to fix that. Then i called the main office only to be met with a very rude customer service who said i don’t know anything and hung up on me. I will say this again this is the worst customer service i have ever seen so far. I guess the next step is to actually go to the head office.
