CREATE YOUR FIRST HABIT 
Hooray! You've taken your first step towards change. Create your first habit. Choose any of the ready-made habits or add your own. It's easy: just think of a title, add a motivational phrase, and start moving towards your new life! 

KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PROGRESS
Open your habit card and check your streak to keep track of how well you're doing. There's also a calendar that shows you the days you've missed. 

MAKE PLANS, TAKE STOCK
Set up morning notifications to get your habit plan at the beginning of the day. This will keep you on track and motivated. Evening reminders will help you summarize the day's completed habits.

You can also choose a dark theme for the app. Invite your friends to form healthy habits together.

PREMIUM FEATURES
— Unlimited reminders and repetitions during the day, as well as a daily schedule. Customize your habit to suit your needs and daily routine.
— View detailed statistics about all your habits, such as your current and best habit streak, how many days you've successfully completed your planned habits, and your total number of completed habits.
