The app is pretty difficult to navigate. There’s no way to star your favorite show for easy access. Sometimes I receive an email about an article, which doesn’t redirect to the app, and the search also cannot find it, so I need to authorize in a browser overlay. The player is pretty bad - you need to press play several times in order for the video to start. And since recently - entering full screen leaves a thick black bar with a white arrow on the bottom. If someone calls - it resets the app and you need to manually navigate back to the video and scroll to the moment you stopped at (it doesn’t remember). No chapters. Please improve the app

Love the content, but am annoyed that the homepage only displays in portrait mode. The articles auto rotate for reading, but the homepage glitch is a drag.

I like the app but it doesn’t remember where I left off when I don’t finish watching or listening something and want to come back to it. Also there is no indication what episodes I’ve already watched and I end up watching things twice.

I thoroughly enjoy the daily wire and their content and I watch it daily. Recently however, I noticed that the AirPlay option is no longer available. Wondering if an update is required to address this issue

Love content & characters. Should be able to download to play offline.

I really enjoy the app and content. My problem with it is that if you are watching/listening to something and get booted out of the app, it doesn’t keep track of your place in the video/podcast. You start at the beginning and have to search for you place. The other issue of that you can only stream the offerings from the site. It would be nice to be able to download the chosen video/podcast so you can listen without wifi or data. I let my subscription lapse in July. Renewed recently and still see the same issues.

The search feature is terrible. The only way I can find anything is by logging into the site, not by using the app.

I wish the app could remember where how far you have played content. Most episodes are at least one hour long and most people can sit at once to consume all of it without stops. In some cases, I just find it easier to watch the free content on YouTube because I can come back the next day right at the spot where I left.

My low start is due to poor optimization for Chromecast. App connects then can’t play. This is slightly better than bentkey which doesn’t have cast option at all and the daily wires site has nothing on the troubleshooting about this. It’s not a Chromecast problem it’s an app problem.
