The update is bad for iPhones because it automatically wants your iPhone to update and continues, even though you iPhone has the latest iOS, to loop thereby not allowing you to use your DQ app that previously worked

Ordered online. Two hamburgers and one large onion rings. My time to pick it up was 6:16. Food was not ready and I waited approximately 35 minutes to be given cold onion rings. I asked for fresh, hot onion rings and another 5 minutes later was handed the onion rings with no apology but a lot of attitude. By then, my burgers were cold. 🙄 And one burger was made incorrectly.

The food was fantastic but I had a problem with the app because it’s a two for seven dollars for double cheeseburgers.  we ordered the double cheeseburgers but instead of being charged seven dollars plus tax we were charged $10 plus tax. that’s the only drawback and when I asked them about it, they said they weren’t sure.

I was upset that I could not process my order on the app with a split payment. I added my gift card in and my debit card and it would not allow me to use the remaining balance on the gift card and then pay the rest with my debit card. Frustrated is an understatement.

I ordered 30 minutes before I got there, order time was 21 minutes after I ordered waited an extra 10 minutes because they hadn’t started it before I got there and honestly I’ve gotten full cups before but this time little less than 3/4 of the cup full might as well come in and order it myself if it wasn’t for the rewards to be Honest.

The location my order is absolute trash. Tried to cancel and order and they said there is nothing they can do to cancel it or give me my money. Your competitors do not operate this way which is why I will be going to them from now on. Horrible customer service. I wish I was able to give zero stars and never recommend.
