One of the most basic functionalities, the ability to switch between member and customer logins, is completely missing, making it unnecessarily difficult to navigate between accounts. On top of that, the face recognition login feature is unreliable. After signing out, it fails to work when trying to log in again, which is a major inconvenience. It's disappointing that such fundamental issues persist in an app that should be user-friendly.
