ABOUT DAVE'S HOT CHICKEN® • THE REAL STORY
Dave’s Hot Chicken was created by best friends Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and Tommy and Gary Rubenyan. Dave, a chef trained in Thomas Keller’s (French Laundry) organization set out to create the perfect Hot Chicken by searching, tasting, and frying. The four friends scrounged up $900 to put a tiny stand in an East Hollywood parking lot. The menu was simple, and the chicken was the star. Sourced and prepared to be the juiciest and most tender chicken imaginable, each piece is topped with Dave’s signature mix of spices ranging from No Spice to “The Reaper.”

## Dave’s Hot Chicken® Reviews in Соединенные Штаты

### *---- "Online order still waiting to pick it up!"
Online order showed it would be ready at 5:09 PM arrived at the store 5:15 PM. 30 minutes later I received my food. Probably won't be back.
-- Terrible service Middletown, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Free drink?"
I clicked the link on the website that said download the app and get a free drink, so I downloaded the app. I have not received a code or email, and it’s not in my rewards. I’ll update the rating if that changes, but I was not able to get the free drink with my order.
-- Beandippp, 2024-12-29

### ****- "Review"
It’s really hard to get lots of point maybe make it like McDonalds where u can get more points
-- Johntu 43, 2024-12-29

### *---- "App is a buggy mess"
I’m not sure how the app has such a high rating. It is a buggy mess and constantly gives errors when attempting to do anything on it. The food is good though.
-- PatB555, 2024-12-26

### ***** "Love the chicken"
Great food had it four times already , honestly wish the price included a drink
-- aman$$, 2024-12-20

### ***-- "Continue with Apple Not Working"
Whenever I clicked Continue with Apple, I got an error.
-- KC.KF, 2024-12-17

### ***-- "Applepay required"
The app is decent- but i want apple pay to not give me an error when i use it. That’s one of the points to using the app.. right?
-- pureabsolute, 2024-12-13

### ***-- "Apple pay issue"
Tried to pay with ApplePay and it gave me attitude.it wouldn’t let me use it
-- Good job BBW, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Buggy app"
Great food but the app is terrible! Buggy, drops orders with inexplicable errors trying to checkout with Apple Pay.
-- mvf0, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Can’t order when store is busy"
When a given store is busy you can’t order through the app. This is the opposite of the logical approach a business would have as it would save time for the busy staff working in person in the store. Instead you go to the store since you can order on the app and realize that the entire place is packed with people waiting on to go orders because they couldn’t order on the app. And a line out the door because one staff member is stuck taking all the in person orders. Horrible way to run a business and will definitely cost customers
