The app works well for receiving scheduled shifts, but I find it to be a pain while doing things such as setting availability (which is pretty important!). My biggest annoyance with the app is that you can’t sync to iCloud calendars without granting full access. If you only allow access to *creating* events, it doesn’t work at all, even if you manually create the calendar it tells you to. Making this one thing work would make the whole app much better imo.

After a recent update, the app doesn’t allow me to login to my account; however, I can login fine using a computer.

Took me a bit of time to learn where stuff is, but easy and reliable after that

App constantly reverts back to 2023 and won’t allow you to progress to current week. Tried deleting and redownloading. Keep updates current but still no luck. Disappointed.

i can no longer see my coworker schedules. the app is already a little bit of a pain but since this update it’s been worse. it’s part of my job to write down everyone shifted in the morning and i can no longer do that. i’ve tried logging out and even deleting the app and when i press the help option all i get is error screen. i would like to be able to use the basic functions of the app again. please please please fix this issue.

App will not open please fix the bug with an update.

L’application me tape sur les nerfs! À chaque mois, il demande de changer le mot de passe et on ne peut pas reprendre les anciens! Je dois prendre des screenshots de mes passwords pour ne pas oublié! Belle sécurité inutile

My old paper stubs had more info and didn’t require a password that needs to be reset by an administrator.
