Constant blackscreen
I paid 20€ for the Fury-Usyk fight. Saw nothing, received no apology, no refund. App is a mess. Not one € again from my end. Terrible service, even worse customer management.

Eventually I didn’t see the match, feed was constantly blacking out… Refund is mandatory!
Most crucial moments app doesn’t work
Just a bad scammer app most crucial moments it did not work
Usyk vs. Fury
I paid for the fight, got to watch a black screen. 20€ wasted.
Terrible service
Paid to watch the Usyk2Fury fight and the servers were all down. Constant cut-offs and black screen.
Some sort of Joke
Paid for a fight and had the undercard work fine, the actual fight I wanted to see and paid the money for, saw one of the walk outs which is more than can be said for the others and then nothing.
Apple TV app turned terrible!
It is hard to believe how DAZN turned an ok NFL Game Pass experience to a practically useless one on the Apple TV app in one year. Incredibly slow, confusing menu… talk about a downgrade! Needs serious fixing
Account mangement
The account management system is awful. No where to change billing options, impossible to stop auto renewal. NFL Game Pass should move off this system. Brian
Very bad app
Very slow, irritating, keeps showing other sports of no interest, gets stuck poor quality. Very bad decision for NFL to switch to DAZN.
