If I could put 0 - I would.
The cancelation policy is so hidden that you have to go to the help section, search for how to cancel, and discover that it can be done only through the web. And even there it’s a puzzle to solve. Yes, it took 10 min, not the end of the world. But for god sake, make it easier for those who get the platform just for one event. Feels like it’s done on purpose so that people give up on searching for a couple of payments. Definitely was my case. Wasted 30€

Usky vs Fury 2
They scammed thousands of viewers out of the best fight of the year. Extreme buffering in the beginning, no stream at all after round 3.
Changed my mind
I had a bad experience while watching Usyk Fury II fight and they helped me with one month free of charge and a refund! Best boxing app!
Not buy pay per view
I bought live to watch usyk vs fury 2 and part stream was freezing in all devices and part stream was just black screen. It was for all peoples. 👎 never will buy it again.

An amateur app. Avoid!
Just missed the entire match between Usyk and Fury because the app simply didn’t stream just showing black screen. Based from the comments in chat, same thing happened to many users. Will be asking for a refund
